Nepotistic organizational behavior (NOB) is a pervasive phenomenon. The authors of this book give graphic and sometimes impassioned examples of its existence and its potential effects in organizations. What every author says in some way is that we have missed this essential research topic.

Every author also provides very well-considered and actionable ideas for starting to break new ground. In this final chapter, following from the promises made to readers in the first chapter, I provide a broad summary of what the authors suggest.
