Many current and potential netsourcing customers are unsure of the feasibility and security of netsourcing delivery. Our recent international customer survey (see Appendix A) highlighted that for potential and existing customers, security, business stability, reliability, service availability, and service levels are the biggest concerns. Many customers simply do not know if applications hosted by an outsider will perform well or whether data are secure.
