Setting up the Item catalog

We are getting very close now to having a OneWorld system configured to the point where we actually run transactions. All of the work that we have done prior to the Item catalog setup was with the goal of transaction processing in mind, of course. Now with the Item catalog looming before us, let's understand what we have done so far and what's required for the next steps.
