e CE handles the end-to-end session control with path estab-
lishments on each transport network for connection-oriented services
and responds to the flow table updates using CEFE interactions along
the route of the GOF. e CE includes the session initiation protocol
(SIP)/session description protocol (SDP) module for end-to-end QoS
provisioning of real-time multimedia conversational services, such as
voice over IP (VoIP) and multimedia conference call. To provide flex-
