I have had the good fortune to work with outstanding leaders from around the world, often as a consultant, sometimes as a teacher and frequently as a coach. I have seen them flourish and struggle as they lead through shifting and complex times. Each of those leaders has shaped what I know and have been instrumental in the creation of this book.
