Summary
Convening power begins with a recognition that leaders have something to say that is worth listening to, a personal manifesto that they articulate and demonstrate in words and actions. Having made sense of the system for themselves, they make sense of it for others. Bringing them into a shared understanding of where we are now and then sharing their personal manifesto of purpose, ethics and core beliefs, to describe where we are going and how.
