Every great story has a hero who overcomes the obstacles in their path, and it is the obstacles that make the hero. Restless persuasion describes the energy and resilience to keep going despite the obstacles in your path: the micro level barriers thrown up by individual and group dynamics; the meso barriers within organisations and communities, the silos and organisational antibodies that reject change; and the macro, large-scale social processes of stability and change, such as culture and Covid-19.
