As a network administrator, you have been given the task of installing and configuring a new printer on a Windows 2000 computer system. You set up the printer, but each time you attempt to configure the printer, you receive the following error:
An application error has occurred and an application error log is being generated. SPOOLSS.EXE Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address: <Hex address>
To get the computer to print, you must access Internet resources to try to find a solution.
