Learning to Live with What You Encounter

One of the biggest challenges you may face is to accept the fact that you can’t control some people and some situations. When, despite all your efforts, the session still does not go according to plan, assess the situation as objectively as possible. Ask yourself what you could have done differently. If you conclude that you did everything you could to prevent or handle the situation, then don’t dwell on it. If you think you could have handled the situation better, then learn from your mistakes and move on.
