9.1.4 Conclusions
e author created an Automobile Form and Color Design Approach Model. Form
and body color qualities were objectied (quantied) in order to grasp unspoken
subjective customer impressions (preferences). Related cause-and-eect relation-
ships were then claried and the desired results obtained.
Specically, the author selected younger customers as the target of the study; he
then collected both subjective evaluation data and biometric measurement data on
them and used statistical methods to analyze these data. e results indicated the
