I owe my greatest intellectual debt to a great neohumanist, the Late Shri Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar, whose books have inspired me to keep writing about new ideas. Macroeconomics has changed in many ways since the start of the Great Recession, and this book is an attempt to offer this new look to the reader.
