INTRODUCTION

Cybersecurity is becoming an ever more important facet of business, especially for organizations that operate infrastructure and essential services. There are 16 critical infrastructure sectors in the U.S. which provide physical and digital services that the national and economic security of the nation depends on.1 If any harm were to come to them, revenue could suffer, costs would be driven up, and it could even place public safety and health at risk, in addition to the U.S. security and economy.
