Desired outcomes are central to NLP. To effect any change, whether it be personal effectiveness, change in others, or in an organisation, we need to be targeting the desired outcome rather than subordinate activities. If you want that outcome, NLP can help in many ways. On the other hand, it is said that if you don’t want anything then NLP has nothing to offer you.
