We can regard feedback as of two types: motivational or developmental. We covered motivational feedback for ourselves and others under separate sections. Hence we will concentrate on developmental feedback in this section.

Continuous improvement through lessons learned reviews at the end of projects, and continuous professional development (CPD) for project managers, are cornerstones of the profession. In my experience, however, feedback is rarely done well, if at all.
