ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS
While the cornerstone workflow management sessions we’re discussing are utilized primarily for team collaboration, they can also be used to upgrade the effectiveness of one-on-one collaboration. This chapter introduces one-on-one sessions to manage issues, innovate, and solve problems with one other person, as an alternative to group or solo workflow management sessions. (We refer to this session as a one-on-one event, but it works just as well with three people.)
