The present book is a revised version of Non-Stationary Electromagnetics, by Alexander Nerukh, Nataliya Sakhnenko, Trevor Benson, and Phillip Sewell. It differs from the earlier volume by its emphasis on an integral equation approach. Consequently, the chapter of the previous book that introduced the differential method for non-stationary problems is omitted. It is planned that such an approach to non-stationary problems will form the basis of another self-contained book.
