I’ve been a consultant for some thirty years now, so “writing” in PowerPoint is pretty much second nature, as is the brainstorming necessary to create new ideas and the public speaking required to deliver them. Prose, however, is a very different thing, so the idea of writing a book was a bit intimidating. I therefore owe a great deal of gratitude to the many who encouraged and supported the effort.
