SCIENTIFIC MANAGEMENT THEORY

The origin of Scientific Management Theory is considered to be the high watermark of Classical Organization Theory in Public Administration. Frederick W. Taylor is considered to be the Father of scientific management. The term ‘scientific management’ was coined later by Louis Bandies in 1910 based on the ideas of Taylor.
