MARY PARKER FOLLETT-CONFLICT MANAGEMENT
Mary Parker Follet is the first lady in the field of administrative theory. She is regarded as a bridge between the classical approach and the behavioural-human relations approach to organisation. The majority of her work was devoted to the issue of conflict and integration.
Her major works include:
1. The Speaker of the House of Representatives (1896)
2. The New State (1920)
3. Creative Experience (1924)
4. Dynamic Administration (1941). It is a set of Follett’s papers edited by L. Urwick and H. Metcalf.
