There are many scripts that call for a situation where an artificial body is needed. Perhaps the lead actor is beating up the body on the floor. Maybe a corpse must remain absolutely still for the length of the shooting day. Sometimes a dummy must be thrown from the roof of a building.
Sadly, most of the time on guerilla shoots, clothes are simply stuffed with newspaper to provide a clearly false and unnatural replica of a body.
