Using Backstage View

Backstage view gives you access to commands that act on the active file as a whole rather than just part of it—for example, saving a file, printing it, or simply closing it.

NOTE: If you're familiar with earlier versions of Microsoft Office, such as Office 2000 or Office 2003, the Backstage view takes the place of the File menu and various commands that appeared on other menus but affected the file as a whole rather than just part of it.
