6.6. Controlling Which Forms and Reports Are Available in SharePoint
Not only can you publish an Access database to SharePoint, but you can control which forms and reports SharePoint users can directly access. To illustrate this concept, let's begin by looking at the Northwind database.
Even if you have Office 2007 installed on your machine, you may not have the latest, greatest version of the Northwind database, the one specifically designed for Access 2007. However, Microsoft has made it easy to obtain and install it. Just follow these steps:
Open Access.
Click the Office Button. Then select Database Properties in the Manage section.
From the Getting Started screen, select Sample in the From Microsoft Office Online section.
