AT THIS POINT IN OUR HISTORY, fear is eclipsing reality. In a vague, collective way, as a nation we seem to have concluded that Chicken Little is right, the sky is falling and the end is near!
The problem is, that’s not true. While we can’t take success for granted and we must sustain an entrepreneurial business climate, we remain the most entrepreneurial and innovative economy to date. These widespread apocalyptic expectations need a major course correction. To get there, we need a better understanding of human psychology much more than we need improvement in the numbers.
