Our Family: Making It Personal
Every factory has many families that work together at that facility. TMMK is no different than the other companies that move to a new area. TMMK changed our region. The excitement from the good pay and benefits caused many families to want to be a part of the success. My mother and brother both work at TMMK. My mom’s story is in this chapter. At first, I was against her working in a factory. I believe every young man hates the idea of his mom doing this kind of work. I can tell you that I am proud of her.
