Our Teamwork

Teamwork—this book has it written all over it and through it. In most instances, the only way something gets done at Toyota is by applying teamwork. Sure, there are many competent people that are capable of doing a job and making decisions. The company doesn’t see the talent in the individual—only the team as a whole. Our success or failures are based on the team concept.

Another aspect of teamwork is creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels that they are playing an important role in the success of the company.
