At TMMK we all take great pride in ensuring that our customers get great-quality cars. We do this by first building in quality at our processes. We have key team members that help look for quality issues so we can place quick countermeasures to resolve any issues that occur. We also have team members who help with safety or kaizen activity. They are the team members or team leaders that were just building the cars. Who better to support fixing the issues that arise? We realize that providing a safe work environment allows our team members to focus on quality.
