My career began in 1995, but my Toyota story begins in 1992. I had taken a field trip to TMMK while in high school. I know it sounds clichéd, but I decided on that day that I would work for Toyota. I was amazed at the cleanliness of the plant. Naturally, you think that a factory would be dirty and confusing. It is like a city of 7,000 all under one roof. We have our own roads. Ez-Gos and forklifts are going every direction. Just the organization of the place is amazing.
