The Benefit of Using ITO for NNM System Management

HP’s IT Operations (ITO) product (now Vantage Point Operations or VPO) is a network and system management platform built on top of the NNM runtime components. The basic autodiscovery engine, the database, and the user interface elements are the same as NNM uses. This makes ITO an ideal solution for managing a large number (20+) of NNM systems distributed across the enterprise network.

In a pure HP environment, ITO can be used along with additional bolt-on products for a complete system administration solution.
