Validating a New Procedure

Part of the NNM administrator’s job is to teach users how to troubleshoot and document problems. Sometimes a keen user will develop a new technique that uses NNM in such a creative way that it reaches the status of a best practice. Before you incorporate the new procedure into the documentation, you should validate it.
