Who Resolves NNM Problems?

We’ve seen how problems apparently with NNM may be related to DNS, DHCP, routers, client-side resolvers, and user inexperience. With so much fingerpointing, who corrects the direction of the fingerpointing? That would be the whole team of experts discussed above. Real NNM product problems are handled by the local NNM champions and by the IT department’s NNM experts. These people have the full NNM training under their belts.
