Abstract
The healthcare industry is experiencing rapid changes, and in ensuring compliance with constitutional and customer-specific requirements, outcomes encounter a growing need for clinical and administrative data. Business intelligence (BI) is emerging as a potential solution to the current challenge. Although previous BI research has mainly focused on the industrial sector, this contribution aims to adapt the recent findings to the healthcare context. With diverse data formats available, accessing it across different departments is complex, making it challenging to assemble and interpret. However, BI tools have played a significant role in the healthcare industry, providing a robust environment for accessing and analyzing data. This paragraph also discusses the effective use and future potential of BI in the healthcare industry.
