Performing administrative tasks prior to the use of Oracle API Manager
WBCV already has a mature SOA infrastructure and governance framework in place. Numerous internal services have been defined, created, and rolled out across the enterprise using the Oracle SOA Suite stack. Most of the business operations take place within the SOA platform. Current service implementations include functionality to support:
- Subscribers
- Activation
- Plan creation
- Portability
- Logistics
These services are exposed to consumers using the Oracle Service Bus. WBCV has full control of all service implementations in terms of monitoring, versioning, activation and deactivation, fault handling, and service metrics.
