Observability

Cloud native architectures and paradigms introduce new challenges and opportunities related to systems management and observation. Monolithic applications are being broken into microservices, applications and their runtime environment and configurations are getting packaged as containers, and infrastructure is becoming ephemeral. Just as these general paradigms are changing, so should the techniques and tools to observe and monitor them.
