Manual Refresh
There are three DBMS_MVIEW procedures used to manually refresh one
or more materialized views:
REFRESH. Refreshes one or more specified materialized views, as in
the following example where c indicates a complete refresh and f a
fast refresh:
exec DBMS_MVIEW.REFRESH
(list=>'SALES_BY_COUNTRY,SALES_BY_REGION',method=>'cf');
REFRESH_DEPENDENT. Refreshes dependent materialized views.
REFRESH_ALL_MVIEWS. Attempts to refresh all materialized
views in a schema where refresh is required. ...
