OAM uses the following data sources:
- User Identity store
- OAM policy and session data store
- OAM configuration data store
- Security key and Java key store
User Identity store
Identity store is a centralized LDAP store in which user data and administrators are stored. By default, (
UserIdentityStore1) for OAM is an embedded LDAP server which comes as part of WebLogic server. This default User Identity store is created by the installer during OAM server installation.
