When a function is used as an analytic function, the analytic clause is always preceded by the keyword OVER. Analytic functions always use the analytic clause, which has the following general syntax:
[PARTITION BYexpr[,expr...] ] [ORDER [SIBLINGS] BY {expr|position|c_alias} [ASC | DESC] [NULLS FIRST | NULLS LAST] [,{expr|position|c_alias} [ASC | DESC] [NULLS FIRST | NULLS LAST]...] {ROWS | RANGE} BETWEEN {UNBOUNDED PRECEDING | CURRENT ROW |value_expr{PRECEDING | FOLLOWING}} AND {UNBOUNDED PRECEDING | CURRENT ROW |value_expr{PRECEDING | FOLLOWING}}}]
