As you can see from the preceding description, many different types of triggers can be defined on a single table. You need to understand the order in which these triggers fire.
The most basic sequencing syntax is the FOR EACH ROW syntax. The FOR EACH ROW keywords specify whether a trigger fires for a row or for a table. Other factors also affect the order in which triggers are executed, as described in the following sections.
