Synopsis

Value: 0-DB_BLOCK_BUFFERS

Default: 01 * DB_BLOCK_BUFFERS

Specifies the maximum size of a cached partition of a table split among the caches of multiple instances. If the partition is larger than the value of this parameter, the table is not split among the instances’ caches. Multiple instances should have the same value. This parameter can also specify the maximum cached partition size for a single instance. Obsolete with Oracle8i.
