There are many modules within PCM that are designed to be used in the field and are not necessarily related to cost directly. These include RFIs, Meeting Minutes, Daily Reports, and Punch List. There are other modules as well, but, they are fairly self-explanatory and not in need of explanation at this level. The modules in this chapter are designed to keep the record of progress and communication in one location. The additional benefit is that users with access to the system can review any items where they may be responsible.
