Using ORE with Oracle Data Mining
Oracle R Enterprise and Oracle Data Mining combine to form the Oracle Advanced Analytics option. In Chapter 7, I covered how you can use the features of Oracle R Enterprise to take advantage of the in-database Oracle Data Mining algorithms. Oracle also provides a number of SQL functions and PL/SQL packages to enable you to use these same in-database algorithms.
