Unsupported SQL*PLUS Commands In iSQL*PLUS

iSQL*Plus does not support some of the SQL*Plus commands; they are simply not applicable and if you issue the command it will raise an SP2–0850 error message. Table C.1 lists these unsupported commands.

CLEAR SCREEN

Clears screen of commands.

EDIT

Set the default editor.

EDITFILE

Sets the default file name for the EDIT file. The default file name in the Windows environment is afiedt.buf.

SET FLUSH

Setting FLUSH off allows the operating system to buffer the output.

GET

Loads a file into the SQL buffer.

HOST

Executes an operating system command from within SQL*Plus.

PASSWORD
