UPK provides the capability to publish to a number of different document formats. Obviously, this information is almost entirely the same as the on-line output, with the addition of one or two specialized pieces of information that are defined via the Topic's Properties. The publishing process is exactly the same as above, but the output is different.
All of the additional information is pure text (that is, there is no contextual information associated with it), so in theory you could put whatever information you wanted into these Properties. However, the labels will still say what UPK wants them to say. You can customize the output documents (as explained in Chapter 12, Configuring UPK), but the labels in the Properties
