Oracle VM Maintenance

Proper maintenance of the Oracle VM system is important for its reliable operation. The Oracle VM servers can be easily updated (patched), which ensures that fixes to issues discovered in between errata releases get applied to the servers. The update process follows these simple steps:

1. Create the Yellowdog Updater Modified (yum) infrastructure. (Although this is done only once, periodic changes are required to maintain access to the latest version.)
