Creating a poll template

You can also create a template from your poll. The advantage of this is that you can build your poll and reuse it later on. Suppose that you are a software company and want to create a poll for each release of your product. Those polls will always have the same questions. Instead of always recreating the same poll, you can create a poll template and apply it when you release new software.

Getting ready

For this recipe you need a WebCenter Portal application with a connection to the WebCenter schema which is described in the first recipe.

How to do it

1. Run the portal project.
2. Log in with an administrator.
3. Go to the administrator page.
4. From the Service tab select Polls.
5. Press the Create Poll button.
6. Specify a Name and Description ...
