Securing taskflows

Your portal will not contain only out-of-the-box features. Often, you will need to build your own taskflows. You also want those taskflows to be secure, meaning that only people with specific grants can see those taskflows. This can be configured in the jazn-data.xml of your portal.

For each taskflow, you can specify who can view it. When people don't have sufficient rights to see the taskflow, the taskflow will not render on the page. They will not see an error message, so it is an ideal technique to secure the taskflow.
