In this chapter we discuss Oracle WebLogic Server domains and its components: the domain structure in file system and the methods available to create and configure a domain. We also walk through the domain configuration flow and discuss the steps required to configure a domain spanning multiple hosts, one of several required actions to configure WebLogic server in high availability.
