An approximation of a real-life situation is created in the process of simulation. e purpose
is to create or reproduce an actual work situation under the control of a trainer so that he is
able to provide useful and quick feedback to the trainee and in uence his motivational dis-
positions. In addition to developing technical skills, simulations can also be used in training
programmes designed to enhance the so skills of employees. Simulation is much cheaper
than real-life situation training. e more realistic the simulation, the greater is its impact.
