highly interesting, while others may complain about boredom. Views held are also complex.
Some like some things about their jobs (e.g. “My boss is great”) and dislike others (e.g. “ e
pay is terrible”). Regardless of how one might feel, the attitude expressed may be recognized as
consisting of three major components: an evaluative component, a cognitive component, and a
