Organizational husbandry considers the moral duties that organizations have toward stakeholders and the wider society. Ethics and values are indelibly entwined with the idea of morality, or rather whether the operation and behavior of the organization, its leaders and employees are good or bad. Morals regulate the behavior of an individual or organization in a social setting and construct the framework of what behavior is necessary and acceptable in order to provide the opportunity for social harmony.
