Originally, the concepts of redistribution and summarization were envisioned to be covered in one chapter. However, during the research and outline development for that one big chapter, I learned the following things:

1. There is a lot of material to cover on each topic.

2. No one has really explained these concepts in such a way that people referred others to that source.
